Shipping

Delivery time: Delivery times are indicated next to the availability of the products. Preparation times refer only to working days. Most products indicate a 24/48 hour lead time. Reod will try to ship orders within the indicated time, but delays beyond our control may occur, without this generating any right to compensation. Preparation times that exceed 24/48 are estimates, so Reod does not guarantee shipping within the estimated times indicated.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are included in the prices.

Delivery: Shipping is done through an external transportation company. Reod is not responsible for delays or incidents in delivery that are the responsibility of the transportation company.

Returns

  • Right of withdrawal: The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase with justification within 14 natural days from receipt of the order. To exercise this right, the customer must contact Reod via email at info@reod.nl indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return process: Once the return notice is received, Reod will send the customer a return form that must be completed and sent along with the products to be returned. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Refund: Reod will refund the order amount within a maximum of 14 natural days from receipt of the returned products. The refund will be made through the same payment method used to make the purchase.
  • Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
    • Personalized or adapted products to the customer’s needs.
    • Products that have been opened or used.
    • Products that have been damaged by the customer.

Shipping incidents: The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt. If the package shows visible damage, the customer must reflect it on the delivery slip of the carrier. If you do not do so, the customer will lose the right to claim for damage suffered by the merchandise.

Warranty

  • Term: All products offered by Reod have a 2-year warranty in accordance with European law.
  • Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or wear and tear of the product.
  • Claims process: To file a warranty claim, the customer must contact Reod via email info@reod.nl indicating the order number and a description of the defect.
  • Refund in case of warranty: Once the claim is received, Reod will analyze the defect and, if appropriate, proceed with the replacement or refund of the product. The refund will be made through the same payment method used to make the purchase.
  • Exceptions to the warranty: The warranty does not apply to the following products:
    • Products that have been opened or used.
    • Products that have been damaged by the customer.
    • Products that have been tampered with or repaired by a third party without Reod’s authorization.
  • Refund in case of unexpected incidents:
    • Shipping damage: If the customer receives the order with damage to the packaging or merchandise, they must contact Reod via email info@reod.nl within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    • Shipping incidents: If the carrier does not deliver the order or delivers it in poor condition, the customer must contact the transportation company to file the corresponding claim.
  • Refund exclusions in case of unexpected incidents:
    • If the customer does not inform Reod of the incident within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    • If the customer does not provide proof of the damage suffered by the order.
    • If the damage suffered by the order is caused by misuse or wear and tear of the product.
